DEFINED SCOPE
Each designation is governed by a defined scope. The Reviewed Seal concerns an identified digital experience; Certified Agency concerns the evaluated practices and partnership status of an agency.
ELEABLE® RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
A distinction earned through examination, sustained through accountability. Eleable’s recognition programs establish a considered standard for accessible digital experiences and the agencies entrusted to create them.
ADA/WCAG REVIEWED SEALSTRUCTURED ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW
The Eleable ADA/WCAG Reviewed Seal signifies that an identified website or digital experience has undergone a structured accessibility assessment under the professional oversight of Gabrie'le Eato, Digital Design Psychologist. Its purpose is to recognize a documented commitment to inclusive digital practice, evaluated against Eleable’s review criteria and relevant WCAG principles and ADA considerations.
Recognition is grounded in examination rather than assumption. Depending on the defined scope, the process may encompass automated testing, manual inspection, evaluation of accessibility barriers, and recommendations for remediation. The designation applies solely to the digital property and scope reviewed; it does not extend automatically to unrelated pages, products, or services.
The presence of the seal communicates that a defined review has taken place and reflects a commitment to continued accessibility improvement.
The Eleable ADA/WCAG Reviewed Seal is a private recognition, not government endorsement, legal certification, or a guarantee of ADA compliance or complete WCAG conformance. Review findings apply only to the evaluated scope.
ELEABLE CERTIFIED AGENCYSELECTIVE AGENCY CERTIFICATION
The Eleable Certified Agency Seal is a selective distinction reserved for agencies that satisfy Eleable’s established review standards. It is not granted by association, application alone, or payment. An agency displaying this seal has undergone professional evaluation of its accessibility practices, design processes, and commitment to responsible, inclusive digital delivery.
The certification process is rigorous and deliberately selective. Under the professional oversight of Gabrie'le Eato, Digital Design Psychologist, Eleable assesses each agency against its own documented criteria, including the integration of ADA/WCAG-informed best practices into the agency’s work. Certification is not a lifetime entitlement. An annual reassessment is required to determine whether the agency continues to meet Eleable’s expectations, and recognition may be withheld or discontinued when those standards are not maintained.
Certification also signifies a professional partnership with Eleable, through which participating agencies may collaborate on the delivery of digital services. Recognition must be earned through professional review and sustained through annual reassessment.
The Certified Agency designation reflects Eleable’s evaluation of agency practices and partnership standing. It is not a government-issued certification, legal ADA compliance determination, or guarantee that every project fully conforms to WCAG.

Each designation is governed by a defined scope. The Reviewed Seal concerns an identified digital experience; Certified Agency concerns the evaluated practices and partnership status of an agency.
Recognition carries obligations beyond the initial assessment. Certified Agencies are subject to annual reassessment, and accessibility concerns may inform continuing review.
Every designation is reviewed under the professional oversight of Gabrie'le Eato, Digital Design Psychologist. Partnership status does not exempt an agency from Eleable’s evaluation criteria or secure a favorable determination.
Eleable's seals are private recognition programs. Neither seal is issued by a government agency or by W3C, and neither constitutes legal advice or an assurance of complete accessibility.
