📄 Custom Services & Scope of Work

Each custom project is unique. After submitting payment or officially agreeing to work together, you’ll complete a detailed intake form to clarify what you need.

  • You’ll receive a custom agreement that outlines your features, goals, and deliverables.
  • We both agree on the scope before work begins.
  • Ongoing communication ensures we stay aligned.

Note: The examples listed on this site represent what is commonly included (e.g., logins, subscription flows, search systems, CMS integration, payment setup). Your project may include some or all depending on your goals. Each service may include AI-assisted elements for layout or refinement, but all final decisions and delivery are handled by a real human (Gabrie'le).

💰 Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Custom service pricing is not publicly listed. Only template pricing is visible on our website. Custom website pricing varies and reflects more basic structures unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All custom service pricing is subject to change.
  • Maintenance fees may apply based on individual client needs or scope.
  • Full payment is required before any work begins. This confirms your service slot and initiates the agreement.

By making a payment, you confirm that you understand and accept the agreed-upon scope and the terms outlined here and in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, structure, or service terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

✅ Revisions & Final Delivery

  • Clients have 5 calendar days to review and respond with revision requests.
  • Requests must be submitted via email only.
  • Clients have 48 hours after sending initial feedback to provide clear, itemized edits.
  • After that window, the work is considered approved. Any further work requires a new agreement and may incur additional charges.

🤝 Respect Policy

Professionalism is core to how we work. We reserve the right to pause, adjust, or terminate services if a client engages in abusive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

⚖️ Legal Safeguards

  • We are not responsible for third-party tools (Square, Google, AWS, etc.) or their policies.
  • While we provide expert insights, our services are not legal advice and should not be relied on as such.
  • All accounts created on your behalf (e.g., email, hosting) remain your property. Credentials will be transferred at project close.
  • You are responsible for managing any renewals (domains, software) unless covered under a paid maintenance plan.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

🛡 Additional Protections Included:

  • Witness Optionality: You may request a virtual witness for signing. If you purchase a service and do not request this, you waive selecting this option. If you waive this, you assume responsibility in dispute.
  • Refunds: All sales are final once work begins. Refunds are not offered unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Grandfathered Plans: Legacy pricing plans are no longer active. If canceled, re-enrollment must follow new pricing.
  • Certificates: Completion certs are offered at our discretion and are not credentials or licenses.
  • Music Use: All music is credited where applicable. Claims may be resolved by contacting us.
  • Gabify™ Disclaimer: Gabable services are strategic and consultative. Deliverables depend on client input and scope.
  • Third-Party Tools: We may use tools like Canva, Square, Google, or Vercel. We are not liable for their performance.
  • Domain Policy: Clients are responsible for renewal unless subscribed to our $300/month maintenance plan.
  • Dispute Resolution: Arbitration is preferred. If needed, disputes are resolved under CA law in Los Angeles County.
  • Accessibility: We strive for WCAG 2.1 compliance and value accessibility feedback.
